Draco Malfoy, the slick blonde haired boy with the curled lip is very much a snob and a true Slytherin. He seems spoiled, his lifestyle reflecting very much in his attitude and treatment of others. He looks down on others poorer than him, and wishes suffering upon his enemies. Some wonder if his attitude is all his own doing, or his fathers, the devilish Lucius Malfoy. Ever since Draco's first meeting with Ron, he has seemed to look down upon him and his friends...
There have been many instances where Ron and Draco's rivalry deepens. In The Sorcerer's Stone, Draco looked down on Ron and his red haired family many times. In The Chamber of Secrets, when Draco maliciously called Hermione a mudbood, Ron tried to take revenge into his own hands, and curse Malfoy with his wand. Sadly, it seems these two will never find common ground...
Weasel and Ferret is the title of this fanlisting, and refers to the fact that Draco once called Ron a Weasel, manipulating his last name of 'Weasley.' Draco was once turned into a ferret, and hates the thought of it. So, if you think about it, Ron and Draco are very much alike. Both of them are, well, animals... ;)
